Double Ace Development is the corporation supporting the project Jet Park Deland Condominium Association. Bob Nass and Double Ace Development since 2003 developing and managing projects such as Mustang Pointe Aerodrome. He has established a business relationship over the course of several years and share an enthusiasm for central Florida’s continued growth and development. Jet Park Deland was originally sought out by Double Ace Development to provide the Deland area with a high class alternative to your standard T-hangars you find at most smaller airports. This project has flourished and is now beginning it’s Phase II.
Robert Nass has developed and managed both commercial and residential real estate for the past 42 years. This very successful developer, maintains ownership in several business development projects in the Northeast United States, Carolina’s, and Florida. Mr. Nass’s projects range in size and complexity from construction of hospitals, supermarkets, schools, and churches to restaurants, lodges, and aircraft hangars. Amongst his accredited developments significant to his qualifications for this proposal, are two notable airport planning and hangar land lease projects. His first in the early 90’s working with the Fort Pierce Airport Authority and a present business venue currently in Phase II of aircraft hangar development at the Deland Airport here in Volusia County.
In addition, Mr. Nass is a long time resident of Volusia County, accomplished professional and respected member of the community. Mr. Nass possesses the development experience, financial ability to support this project, and the aviation background to successfully develop an aircraft hangar complex that surpasses them all.
